Refunds

All drop ins and class packages are final sale. There are no cash refunds on any classes. If a class is unused due to waitlist or client having to cancel within the cancellation period, the class will be given as a credit on your account to rebook another class.



Cancellation Policy

All classes must be cancelled 10 hours prior to the class time in order to receive a credit back for the class. If a class is cancelled after the 10 hour window, the class will be forfeited and will not be credited to your account to rebook.

Waitlist Terms

If a class you want to attend is full, we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. When space opens up, you will receive an email confirming you have been added to the class. If you know you will not be able to attend the class 10 hours prior, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically added and charged for the credit. If you are not removed from the waitlist or cancel within the 10 hour period, you will receive the credit on your account to book another class.
